The Agrarian Adventure invites you to the the Women's Farm & Garden Association's 19th Annual Ann Arbor Garden Walk!

This is an incredibly fun outing for the whole family! This year's Garden Walk includes stops at five unique private gardens and two garden education sites. Lunch is available for purchase at The Agrarian Adventure's Tappan Garden and Greenhouse site.
All proceeds from the 2009 Garden Walk will support the Agrarian Adventure garden at Tappan Middle School. The Ann Arbor Branch of the Woman's National Farm and Garden Association has been instrumental in the creation and sustainability of our organic school garden and greenhouse. Funds raised at this year's Garden Walk will allow us to further develop the site as a resource for all Ann Arbor Public School students, and make it a vibrant demonstration and training site for teachers and community members.
Please note: this event will proceed rain or shine, and tickets are non-refundable. The total online ticket price includes an EventBrite processing fee and a Google processing/mailing fee ($1 for adult tickets).
An email confirmation of your purchase will be sent within 48 hours, and tickets will arrive in the mail between May 15th and June 8. Tickets will NOT be mailed after June 6, 2009. Will Call MAY be arranged.
Tickets are also available for purchase without a fee after May 15th at Downtown Home & Garden, Matthai Botanical Gardens, Dixboro General Store, and Nicola's Books.

The Agrarian Adventure partners with K-12 schools to enrich students' connection between the foods they eat, their personal health, and the health of their communities and the environment. Through experiential education in sustainable food and agriculture, local food, and healthy learning in the cafeteria, we connect students to the sources of their food and empower them to transform their lives and the food culture in positive ways.
The Agrarian Adventure is a publicly-supported 501(c)3 nonprofit that exists due to the active participation and dedicated support of students, teachers, parents, and community members. We are a grassroots organization growing up from within Tappan Middle School, a large middle school, located in Ann Arbor, MI serving nearly 800 students in grades 6-8.
Our educational programming has been made possible through grassroots efforts and support from the community since 2003.
